With the help of the chaotic storage, a maximum storage capacity is achieved with a small space requirement.
No stock transfers are necessary anymore. Storage is optimised automatically. Due to the intelligent, flexible, and automatically adjustable height design, a very efficient usable warehouse volume is achieved. If required, orders can be completely picked and staged on load carriers. Stored goods can also be retrieved easily in the event of a malfunction.
TOUCH SCREEN
There is a large touchscreen at the storage station. It provides an overview of all essential functions. The operating software enables the uncomplicated, fast, and safe operation of storage and retrieval functions with clearly arranged menus.
SHUTTLE PRINCIPLE
Very light and rigid load carriers made of aeronautical materials can be moved freely in the system. Thus, they can be loaded entirely in the storage area and then placed in corresponding slots in the warehouse. Due to the resulting short travel distances, even higher storage and retrieval speeds are possible. In addition, the height categories of the load carriers can be automatically adjusted to changes in the product range without user intervention.
